Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago
Researcher
Chapin Hall conducts policy research that improves the lives of children, their families and communities. They seek someone with a strong background in quantitative research and research project management, including the supervision of staff. The Researcher conducts statistical analyses across a range of longitudinal studies, independently prepares sections of research reports and manages the operations of the data management staff.
Qualifications include a related advanced degree, a minimum of three years of quantitatively-focused data analysis/management research experience; a minimum of two years supervision; proficiency with SAS, SPSS and/or STATA. For more information, click here.

Benedictine University: Faculty Mentoring Program
Begun in 2001, the program provides an institutional and personal commitment to each new faculty member. Experienced faculty members assist newer faculty in adjusting to the myriad roles of professor, in planning their professional development, and in best displaying their talents and giving their time to service endeavors. The relationship includes classroom observation, social interaction and discussions about tenure, strategy and other issues in- and outside the classroom. For more information, click here.

This initiative enhances the working, living, and learning environment for faculty, staff, and students through courses, programs, and events. Inclusive Illinois heightens awareness about the importance of respecting differences based on race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, and religion. Issues related to hatred, intolerance, bigotry, and harassment are also addressed.
